We are delighted to be able to offer these exciting new wines from the Niagara Peninsula in Ontario. A joint venture between Boisset of Burgundy and Vincor of Canada, funds have been made a available for a state of the art winery and a new vineyard in an exciting new district has been give time to grow and settle. The wines are made by Thomas Bachelder, a former journalist turned winemaker who is obsessed by Pinot Noir with help from Gregory Patriat an experienced Burgundy based winemaker.
