Domaine Tollot-Beaut Chorey-Les-Beaune Piece du Chapitre 2006
Due to the labyrinthine governmental bureacracy around AOC classification poor Natalie Tollot-Beaut has sufferred the indiginity of having much of her wine reclassified as Bourgogne Rouge. This wine again proves how great her Chorey is: aromas and flavours of cherry fruit, fine tannins, and a dry finish makes this a wonderful partner to a casserole.
