Strikingly good value this Californian has aromas of cherry and maple. In the mouth the flavours are of cherry and a touch of chocolate with a soft mouth feel.
The danger with Californian wines at this price is that they will be over-sweet and taste artificial. This wine avoids these dangers offering a true expression of Californian Pinot Noir character.
