Terms and Conditions
Use of www.conradwines.com is conditional on your acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Conditions of Purchase
Customers must be aged 18 years or over. By placing an order you are agreeing that you are over 18 and there is no legal reason you may not purchase alcoholic beverages. You will be required to have a valid email address and credit/debit card in order that your transaction may be processed. We reserve the right to cancel an order before it is dispatched from CONRADWINES.com for any reason. In such an instance we will refund the card payment.
Minimum Orders
Please note: we have no minimum order size.
Bottle Size
All wines sold are in 75cl/750ml bottles unless otherwise stated.
Deliveries
If there are breakages we will refund the cost of the broken bottles to your payment card or send replacement bottles. We will refund any item that is received broken. Please make sure that you check the number of parcels you are signing for as we cannot replace wines that have been signed for but not actually received. Please check each consignment of goods to make sure that it is intact and in full. Claims for breakages will only be accepted if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery and the damaged products and their packaging are kept for inspection. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We cannot accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation.

We aim to deliver within seven working days of an order being placed. Delivery is £8.50 per order anywhere in the UK. We are only able to deliver in the UK.
After you have placed an order we will send you an email to confirm the date of delivery. If you want to change this simply reply to the email or give us a call on 01883 330191. Currently we are unable to deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.
Returns
If, after CONRADWINES.com has accepted an order from you (when you have received an email receipt from PayPal) you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may do so by communicating that wish to us within 2 working days of our acceptance and we will refund the money paid back onto the payment card used. If you have already received the goods and they are unwanted, you must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. It is imperative that you notify us within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we supplied them to you, we shall reimburse all monies paid by you for those goods. For further information please contact max@conradwines.com
If a wine that we supply you is faulty we will be able to offer a replacement to you. Please let us know at the earliest opportunity and we will arrange for a replacement. We may require the faulty bottle to be returned to us, we will arrange this, if necessary.
If the wine is not to your taste we can also offer a replacement, but in such an instance we will require that the bottle is returned to us.

Prices and Payment
All typographical and other errors and omissions are excluded. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. All prices shown include VAT.
Upon placing an order you will receive an email from PayPal with a receipt for payment. We aim to send an email within 24 hours of your order being placed giving a delivery estimate for your wine.
Payment to CONRADWINES.com is handled by PayPal : details of their Buyer Protection Policy can be seen here.
Product Availability
We will always endeavour to supply you with the wine that you have ordered, however, in rare instances this wine may become unavailable. In such an instance you will be informed at the earliest opportunity and we will consult with you before sending you a different vintage of the same wine or an equivalent product.
Data Protection
We will always respect your privacy and details sent to us will never be given out to any third party. CONRADWINES.com will not store your payment card details, Paypal is our payment gateway: PayPal's privacy policy can be seen here.
Intellectual Property
No permission is given by CONRADWINES.com for the reproduction of any materials, text or images on this web-site. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
